BOOKING CANCELLATION POLICIES

Direct Clients
 
For confirmed reservations until the 31st December 2025:
 
1. Cancellations, Modifications and No-Shows
– 3 days prior to round date for reservations requested up to 7 days in advance
– 6 days prior to round date for reservations requested up to 15 days in advance
– 15 days prior to round date for reservations requested up to 30 days in advance
– 30 days prior to game day for reservations requested more than 30 days in advance
 
2. Payments
– For reservations requested up to 15 days in advance: immediate payment is required.
– For reservations requested up to 30 days in advance: payment must be made within 15 days.
– For reservations requested more than 30 days in advance: payment must be made within 30 days.
 
For confirmed reservations from the 1st January 2026 onwards:
 
3. Cancellation, Modifications & No-Shows
– Cancellations/Modifications prior to day of game will not incur a penalty:
Until 15 days: January, February, July, August, November and December.
Until 30 days: March, April, May, June, September and October.
 
No-Shows, cancellations and/or modifications requested after the release period will be fully charged. There are no refunds due to delayed or cancelled flights and personal injuries. Travel Insurance is recommended. In case of no-shows, the unit is not obligated to accommodate the client unless a later arrival time has been agreed upon.
Cancellation requests must always be sent to the e-mail: booking@vilamouragolf.com, and will only be considered accepted once it is confirmed by *Vilamoura Golf.
 
4. Payments
– Payment for all reservations is mandatory within the stipulated deadline mentioned on point 3.
 
 
Partners
 
For confirmed reservations until the 31st December 2025:
 
1. Cancellations, Modifications and No-Shows
– Cancellations and/or modifications may be done free of charge until the pre-payment deadline specified in the payment policy.
– Fully paid reservations are non-refundable
– Cancellation requests must always be sent to the e-mail: booking@vilamouragolf.com, and will only be considered accepted once it is confirmed by *Vilamoura Golf.
 
2. Payments:
– For reservations requested up to 15 days in advance: immediate payment is required.

National Golf Club Members, Vilamoura Club Members, CNIG Members

– Cancellations should be made up to 24 hours prior day of play.
– Cancellation requests must always be sent to the e-mail: booking@vilamouragolf.com, and will only be considered accepted once it is confirmed by *Vilamoura Golf.
 
2. Payments:
– Full payment done at check-in.
 
 
 
Golf Estates Property Owners and Temporary Residents
 
1. Cancellations, Modifications and No-Shows
– Cancellations must be made up to 24 hours prior day of play. In case of no-Shows and/or reservations not cancelled in a timely manner, the reservation will be charged in full to the property owner.
– Cancellation requests must always be sent to the e-mail: booking@vilamouragolf.com, and will only be considered accepted once it is confirmed by *Vilamoura Golf.
 
2. Payments:
– Full payment done at check-in.
 
Subscribers & Guests:
 
1. Cancellation, Modifications and No-Shows:
-Cancellations must be made up to 24 hours prior day of play. In case of no-Shows and/or reservations not cancelled in a timely manner, a penalty of €50 per player will be charged in full to the Subscriber.
– Cancellation requests must always be sent to the e-mail: booking@vilamouragolf.com, and will only be considered accepted once it is confirmed by *Vilamoura Golf.

– Full payment done at check-in.
